Banana Peanut Butter and Date Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
- 1 ripe banana
- 4-5 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons natural creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup ice
- Optional: your favorite protein powder. I recommend vanilla or chocolate flavored so it doesn’ affect the flavor of this smoothie too much.
Place all ingredients into a power blender and blend until smooth. If you like it thinner, add more almond milk.
Feel free to use whatever nut butter you like. We have made this with almond butter and cashew butter before and it’s just as delicious!
