Carrot Ginger Beta-Carotene Smoothie

Ingredient:
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ cm piece fresh ginger
- 1/3 banana
- juice from ½ lemon
- 150 ml water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for a 1-2 minutes.
- The carrot and ginger are quite hard so make sure they are smooth.
- Add more water if needed.
- Enjoy!!!
