Carrot Ginger Beta-Carotene Smoothie

Ingredient:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • ½ cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1/3 banana
  • juice from ½ lemon
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for a 1-2 minutes.
  2. The carrot and ginger are quite hard so make sure they are smooth.
  3. Add more water if needed.
  4. Enjoy!!!
