CHEESY SPINACH ARTICHOKE FRENCH BREAD

Ingredient:

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup frozen, thawed and drained, spinach
  • 8 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • french bread loaf

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix sour cream, mayo, cream cheese, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, and garlic until smooth.
  3. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach.
  4. Place bread, cut sides up, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the spinach artichoke mixture evenly over the bread slices.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes, broiling for the last minute.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Enjoy!!!
