Easy Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts


  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, stems removed and cut into quarters
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup low fat grated parmesan cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss together Brussels sprouts, oil, and salt.
  2. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are brown and crispy.
  4. Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve!
  5. Enjoy!!
