KEFTA GRILLED WITH MOROCCAN
- 500 g minced lamb
- 1/2 bunch parsley and cilantro minced
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 2 to 3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tbsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. ground cumin
- 1 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Coffee ground black pepper
- Mix everything with your fingers.
- Make sausages the size of merguez but thicker then put on skewer or leave well.
- Toast the time but not too much to prevent the meat from being too dry.
