KEFTA GRILLED WITH MOROCCAN

Ingredient:

  • 500 g minced lamb 
  • 1/2 bunch parsley and cilantro minced 
  • 4 mint leaves 
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tbsp. ground ginger 
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin 
  • 1 tbsp. sweet paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp. Coffee ground black pepper 
  • Salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything with your fingers. 
  2. Make sausages the size of merguez but thicker then put on skewer or leave well. 
  3. Toast the time but not too much to prevent the meat from being too dry.
  4. Enjoy!!
