Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Keto Recipes

Ingredient:

  • ½ cup Butter , softened
  • 1 cup Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend Stevia Sweetener
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoons Simply Organic Vanilla Flavoring
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the butter and Pyure Organic All-Purpose Blend Stevia Sweetener until light and fluffy.
  3. Stir in the egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Stir in Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips, and chopped nuts (optional).
  6. Spread into greased 8×8 pan.
  7. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until light golden brown.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
  9. Enjoy!!
