MANGO CARROT SMOOTHIE
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract (optional, skip this if you are using vanilla protein powder)
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional, the one I use can be found here)
- 1 cup water
- 3 to 4 ice cubes (if using fresh mango)
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and sweeten as desired.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
