MANGO CARROT SMOOTHIE

Ingredient:

  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder or extract (optional, skip this if you are using vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (optional, the one I use can be found here)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes (if using fresh mango)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and sweeten as desired.
  3. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
