SLOW COOKER HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN

Ingredient:

  • 5 medium chicken thighs with bone and skin
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp gluten free soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 bunch green onions chopped

Instructions:

  1. Place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together oil, spices, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and corn starch.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on HIGH 4 hours, or LOW 8 hours.
  4. Chicken is done when cooked through.
  5. Top with green onions and serve over rice.
